1. Who we are

This website is operated by Elevatus Coaching Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. For the purposes of UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), Elevatus Coaching Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, you can contact us at rebecca@elevatuscoaching.co.uk.

2. What information we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. This is currently limited to information submitted through our contact and enquiry form, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • The service you're interested in
  • Any details you choose to share about your situation or enquiry
  • How you heard about us

We do not collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial or special category data) through this site, and ask that you avoid including this in any message you send us.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss our services with you
  • Provide coaching, mentoring or consultancy services if you become a client
  • Keep a record of our communication with you, where appropriate

Our legal basis for processing this information is your consent (you choosing to submit the form) and, where you go on to become a client, the performance of a contract between us.

4. How we store and protect your information

Form submissions are processed and stored using Netlify Forms, a secure third-party form-handling service. We may also use email and standard office software to manage enquiries and client communication. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry and client information for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, and in line with our legal and accounting obligations. Where you do not become a client, we will typically delete enquiry information within 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and request a copy of it
  • Ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Ask us to delete your data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
  • Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is our legal basis for processing
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, if you believe we have not handled your data properly

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at rebecca@elevatuscoaching.co.uk. The ICO can be reached at ico.org.uk.
